Eco Craft Club – Furoshiki

This is a fun and relaxing crafting evening which takes place once/month on a Tuesday evening between 6-7.30pm once a month. Each session gives you a taster of each craft and hopefully ideas to upcycle every day items at home.

All Eco Craft Club dates are:-

11th Oct ’22 – Mosaic coaster from broken crockery

8th Nov ’22 – Furoshiki – the Japanese art of using patterned material to gift wrap. This is a beautiful eco friendly method of using up material or you could invest in festive or traditional designs. We’ll go through several ways to use the material and you will take home your own Furoshiki wrap to practice with and gift if you can bring yourself to part with it! We’ll also show you how you can convert the material to a bag in just a few easy steps.

13th Dec ’22 – Liberty baubles – using Liberty material scraps

Everything we do will be with an upcycled theme made using household items. All components will be provided – you may just need to bring along a few every day household items.

Barista drink and artisan cake included. All workshop attendees can enjoy 10% off in the gift shop during their stay.
