Where a workshop or event needs to be cancelled by the attendee, for whatever reason, our policy is as follows:

• Outside of 28 days of event/workshop: full refund
• Within 28 days: we will transfer the booking to a later date or give store credit to the same value where possible or you can find a substitute for your place.
• Within 7 days: no transfer/refund but your booking can still be substituted.
