Brief workshop info: A completely beginner friendly class that will introduce you to the medium of ceramics. You’ll learn slab building constructions skills and have the chance to decorate using transfers and glaze your piece. It will then be taken and fired in the kiln, to be collected from The Barn when it is ready.
What’s provided: Tuition, materials, tea/coffee and cake.
What you make/create: In this session you will make and decorate a ceramic soap dish from clay and underglaze transfers.
What to bring: Reading glasses, if needed. Apron to protect clothing.
Minimum age: Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
