Format: Using felting wool and special felting needles, you will be shown how to make your tomte from start to finish in your chosen colour ways.
More Info: The Tomte (or gnome) folklore traces back to the late 18th and 19th centuries, when gnomes were believed to be household spirits responsible for the care and prosperity of a farm or family. They were tasked with various chores around the home, and might act out when the humans didn’t cater to their little gnome needs!
So, who would this suit? This is the perfect fun get together with partner, friends, work colleagues and family. However, if you choose to come on your own, then this is very much a communal activity where we gather around the table and create as a group so you’ll definitely feel right at home.
