It’s a centuries-old art form that originated in Japan and is part of the Wabi-Sabi philosophy. Hot drinks such as speciality hot chocolate or mulled wine can be purchased as optional extras on the day if you choose. \nConcession: Buy a Duo Ticket for £60 (£10 discount) which admits two.\nMinimum age: 13 years upwards \nFormat: Using an array of stunning Liberty Tana lawn fabric pieces and offcuts you will be guided to decoupage three ceramic baubles ready to take home and proudly hang (or gift if you can bear to part with them!) this festive season. \n\nSo\, who would this suit? This is the perfect fun get together with older children\, partner\, friends\, work colleagues and family. SUMMARY:Saturday Craft Club
DESCRIPTION:Event: Craft Club\nLocation: Upper craft area*\, Repair HQ\, The Barn\, 6 Pye Rd\, Heswall\, CH60 0DB\nDay/Time: Saturday’s 2025/ 10.30-12 \nDates: 12/04\, 10/05\, 14/06\, 12/07\, 09/08\, 13/09\, 11/10\, 08/11 and 13/12.\nCost: Initial taster session is just £15. If after attending\, you enjoyed it and want to attend more\, you just book 3 or 6 sessions and can pick the months you want/are able to attend. If you pay for 5 sessions up front (£75)\, you get the 6th session free.\nWhat’s involved? We believe craft is for everyone. It is proven to have health benefits as it is mindful and relaxing. We will show you a taster craft at each session. It could range from anything from Jesmonite\, felting\, decoupage\, mosaics\, soapmaking\, Candlemaking\, macrame and anything else we think you might like to try! If you have any craft items/materials/yarn etc you want to offload\, feel free to bring them. \nOption to buy barista drinks and handmade scones\, subject to availability. \n\n\nMinimum age: 18 years due to sharp utensils and use of glue guns. \n\nWho would this suit? This is the perfect way to try out new crafts to see if you like them before booking on to a workshop.   All the crafts will be suitable for beginners and all components needed will be provided. However\, we may ask you to bring along the odd household item if we are upcycling tins etc.\n\n* Unfortunately this is not wheelchair accessible. The upper craft area is accessed via approx 12 wooden steps.
