This structured course will teach you all the basic skills and beginners’ techniques you will need to start your journey into the world of pottery. You will gain an understanding of the history, technical terms, and the chemical processes involved with making ceramics.

Each week you will be introduced to a new hand building technique like pinching, coiling, and slab building. Any child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Contact the course tutor to check the age requirements for a workshop if not already specified.

On street parking is limited to the front and rear. However, the rear car park is often freely available evenings after 5/6pm.
